Access to information Not happy with our response?

If you've made a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act or similar legislation and you're not happy with the response or the way the request has been handled, you can ask for an internal review. If you'd like to do this, please contact us using the email address information.request@shropshire.gov.uk. 

During an internal review we'll look at your request again to see if we've dealt with it in the best way. If you're not content with the outcome of the review, you have the right to apply directly to the information commissioner for a decision.
