Katie Stone

I am Katie Stone. I have been a Making it Real board member since day one. Throughout life I have had a drive to enable others and being an advocate for those who draw on services allows me to do that.

I am currently doing a health and social care degree through the Open University. I also can’t sit still (even in a wheelchair) so I enjoy swimming, aqua aerobics as well as scouting.

When I am in board meetings my disability disappears, until I become passionate then my disability drives me.
