Tamsin Waterhouse

I'm Tamsin Waterhouse and I'm principal social worker for adult social care in Shropshire. I live at home with my sons, animals and lodgers. I provide some support to my mother who is in her 80s. I love walking and can often be seen out with my dog enjoying the footpaths and hills of Shropshire. I've lived on three different continents and in six different countries, and am strongly committed to diversity in all of its forms. I'm very committed to co-production and the benefits that it can bring. ‘Nothing for us without us’ is a good starting point. I believe that when we work together, sharing power as equals, we can achieve amazing things.
