Shrewsbury Still Caring Group

Still Caring is a social group for people who are, or have been until recently, caring for someone else.

Who is it for?

• Carers who are no longer physically caring, or their caring role has come to an end
  
• Carers who are isolated by their current caring role but are able to leave their cared-for person, for a short time, and want to socialise with others
  

We can:

• Offer a friendly face and warm conversation over a cuppa
  
• Introduce you to others who understand your situation
  
• Inform you of other activities happening locally
  
• Share stories without judgement
  
• Help build confidence with returning to a social situation
