Christmas opening Housing options

• 23/12/25 - as normal until 5pm
• 24/12/25-1/1/2026 - emergency calls only
• 2/1/26 as normal until 4pm

When we're ‘closed’, for any emergency situation (ie 'roofless on the day') calls to 0345 678 9005 will be passed to our ‘out of hours officer’. Non-urgent calls will be asked to call back in office hours.

In non-emergency situations, applicants can call 0345 678 9005 when we're open, or can email housingoptions@shropshire.gov.uk at any time with their HomePoint reference number (if available) and their name, date of birth and a summary of their situation, and someone will be in touch as soon as possible when the offices are back open.
