Environmental health Food safety – self assessment

Welcome to the self-assessment page for food businesses registered with Shropshire Council. A member of one of our teams will have directed you here and you'll have been asked to complete a self-assessment questionnaire.

The questionnaire has been designed to assist you in ensuring the safety of the food that you produce, store or sell. The questionnaire will also help to ensure that we have the most up to date information regarding your premises and, help us to determine whether a further inspection is necessary.

Please try to answer all questions as fully as possible. If you're unsure of an answer please comment with as much information as you can. If we need further details we can always get in touch. The information will then be stored as a record of your food business activities.
