Re the above, firstly I can confirm that the additional information submitted on Tuesday 12th November is now saved to the file and the LLFA and ATE re-consulted accordingly. I have given 14 days for comment.

There is no issue with you contacting the LEA, LLFA, ICB and a follow-upwith the LHA. 

With regards to the Local Plan Review, the Council are awaiting both a further letter from the Local Plan Inspectors, and the publication of the NPPF before it can comment on wider strategy.
  
Finally, I am still anticipating that SC Policy will have input with regards to this application, however I can confirm that the recommendation will be for Refusal and that the aim remains for the application to be determined at the Southern Planning Committee of 17th December 2024.

I am following up on the below and our ongoing requests to discuss the application with you. Whilst we appreciate the update in terms of the actions being taken by SC Policy with regard to the Local Plan Review, the applicant is committed to working proactively with the Council and again think it would be to the benefit of all parties to arrange a call to discuss the application. We have been trying to contact you via phone for a few days and I appreciate how busy you are, so I have set out some times and dates below to see if any could work for you and we can pencil in a quick teams call. With the LPR Hearing Sessions having been cancelled, we are reasonably free and can very much work around your capacity over the coming weeks.
 
Tuesday 19th 2pm onwards
Wednesday 20th 12pm onwards
Thursday 21st 3pm onwards
Wednesday 27th all day
Wednesday 28th all day
 
In addition to this, we have requested on an ongoing basis a meeting with the LEA, LLFA, ICB and a follow-up with the LHA. Again, noting how busy you are, we are happy to contact these parties to seek to arrange a discussion. I trust this will be of assistance.
 
I have just reviewed the application portal and I can’t see that the additional ATE response or the details of the infiltration testing have been uploaded. As such, I just wanted to check safe receipt of these your 
end.
 
Again, the applicant would also welcome the opportunity to discuss the site and indeed Boningale’s wider land interests in Shropshire with SC Policy. 
 
Finally, I continue to appreciate that you are awaiting some additional information further to consultee comments, but it would be helpful to understand what direction the Council are leaning at this point. As 
below, unless advised otherwise, we assume that your recommendation will be to refuse the application, but any context would be helpful and feed into internal strategy discussions with regard to the way forward and the speed at which the applicant wishes to progress.
