Re the above, I can confirm that I have now extended the consideration time up to 3rd March 2025 with the intention for Members to consider the application at the February 25th Southern Planning Committee.

Noted that the additional information listed in your email of 3rd December will be submitted imminently, and once received I will send out the relevant re-consultations. I will aim to collate the re-consultation 
responses for you in early January 2025.

Further to your call with Dean Trowbridge or Boningale Homes and the email exchange below, I write, on behalf of the applicant, to formally agreed an Extension of Time until 3rd March 2025. I trust that this is 
sufficient so as to allow consideration of the application at the February committee, but please do let me know if additional time is required.
 
We remain very committed to working with the Council to bring the application to determination and are very grateful that you have recognised the importance and benefit of allowing for consultation on the 
additional material requested by statutory consultees.
 
If there is absolutely anything that we can do to support the Council with regard to the application, please do not hesitate to let me know.
 
I also appreciate that the Case Officer, as all of your team are, is incredibly busy, but it would be helpful to ensure that the lines of communication remain open up until determination. We continue to extend an invite to meet to discuss the application and can attend the Council Offices or indeed arrange a teams meeting as required,
