How to order
If you need new or additional recycling containers or blue cardboard bags, or need to repair or replace a bin you can place the order through our online portal below.
Please leave the old one in a place where it's visible and safe so that it can be collected when your replacement is delivered. If our teams are unable to remove your old one it may result in non-delivery of a new one.
If you'd like to order an additional green bin please be aware that there's a charge of £86 per year and they can only be ordered by calling 0345 678 9007.

Remember you can only recycle food waste in certain areas of Shropshire. You can check if you live in these areas on the map, or contact us on 0345 678 9007.
