Road space booking form

Utility companies - if you're submitting a permit via Street Manager an RSBF isn't required - however, a CAD drawing will be required for applications requiring multi-way lights. This can be attached to the permit or emailed to our generic inbox streetworks@shropshire.gov.uk.

If you need to book road space for any reason that is not covered by one of the other forms on this page please complete our online form and a member of the team will get in touch with you. Occasionally you may need to complete this form in addition to another application. A member of the team will advise you if this is the case.
