Note: There are three embargo periods operated across Shropshire market towns during which time only emergency works are permitted. Dates fall as follows:

• Christmas - between the second Monday in November and the Monday following the first week in January.
• Good Friday - for ten days (usually in March)
• Flower show – 1 week in August

Please consult our Planning Department to establish whether or not planning permission is required for the works prior to completing your application.

Utility companies - if you're submitting a permit via Street Manager an RSBF isn't required - however, a CAD drawing will be required for applications requiring multi-way lights. This can be attached to the permit or emailed to our generic inbox streetworks@shropshire.gov.uk.
