The Environmental Maintenance team is responsible for the maintenance of Shropshire's parks, closed churchyards, war memorials and statues.
Please help us to keep these areas in a good condition by letting us know of any problems. You can do this by reporting online.
Grass cutting
You will see the grass being cut on the following council owned land:
- Recreation grounds
- Parks
- Public open spaces
- Closed church yards
- Cemeteries
- Ornamental gardens
- Sponsored floral features
- Highway verges
If you are a resident in a Housing Association property and feel for any reason that you can no longer cut your grass, for example you are very elderly, infirm or disabled, in the first instance you must contact your housing association.
