IASS reports

The Information, Advice and Support Service (IASS) produces regular reports which contain a range of information about the performance of the service, including customer feedback, which is requested from every client the service provides support for when their case is closed. The latest report was produced in the autumn term and looks at the period 05/09/2023 – 20/12/2023. All reports can be found in the related information section on this page.

In November 2023 we published a survey asking for feedback from current and potential service users and professionals, so we were able to gather as much feedback as possible about expectations and experiences. The responses from the survey contributed towards our approach and planning for the requirements of a new contract. The results of the survey can be found in the SEND IASS recommissioning review report.

We published a tender on 9 April 2024 inviting potential providers to apply for the future contract that will run from 1 September 2024. The deadline for applications was 10 May 2024, and we anticipate that a decision on the award of the new contract will be made by the end of June 2024.
