Take part in short national survey around Direct Payment
Skills for Care are gathering insights within the Individual Employer and Personal Assistant sector to better understand the current landscape, key challenges, emerging opportunities, and future workforce needs.
The findings from this survey will be used to inform an insights report for the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). The report will provide evidence-based insights into the sector's current position, highlight key challenges and opportunities, and support discussions around future workforce planning, skills development, and sector growth.
We have developed two separate surveys, one for Individual Employers and the other for Personal Assistants, and would be grateful if you could complete the survey most relevant to you.
Please feel free to share these where applicable.
All the responses will be analysed collectively and reported in a way that protects individual confidentiality.
The deadline for completed forms is Friday 18 September 2026.
