Drop-in support with free refreshments for both carers and cared-for person. Opportunity to chat, share experiences, build friendships and support networks. Help with signposting and referrals, form filling support Alzheimer’s society available every other month in attendance.
You don't have to live in Church Stretton to attend and 30 carers emailed monthly and approximately ten attend each session.
