I'm Jo Weaver-Jackson, carer support practitioner for southeast Shropshire. 

Before starting this role with Shropshire Council I was the community and care co-ordinator for Much Wenlock and Cressage Medical Practice. I live in rural Shropshire and have one son and quite a few dogs, who all keep me very busy! I love the great outdoors, and since Covid I've become a keen cake maker, carrot cake being my signature bake.
