Please read the following before proceeding:
- A death that has not been referred to the coroner should be registered where possible, within 5 days of the date of death
- If the coroner is investigating the circumstances leading to the death
- I understand that the information given for the death entry must be accurate as any errors made may be subject to a correction/consideration fee
