SEND school information

The Shropshire school years report brings together data to provide an overview of the health, wellbeing and educational needs of children and young people across early years, primary, secondary and special educational needs (SEN) provision. Drawing on the school census and wider public health data, it considers school attendance, eligibility for free school meals, Ofsted ratings and where pupils attending Shropshire schools live.

The report also considers key outcomes across the school-age pathway, including school readiness, vaccination uptake, childhood obesity and hospital admissions, helping to identify patterns of need, inequalities and areas where targeted action may be required.
