The type of help you can expect to receive

Depending on the group of care leavers you are in, you have certain entitlements:

Type of help: Regularly reviewed Pathway Plan based on what we agree you need
Eligible: You are entitled to this
Relevant: You are entitled to this
Former relevant: You are entitled to this
Qualifying: Together, we will decide how much advice and support is required. If necessary, a plan will be drawn up with you. This may be in the same format as a Pathway Plan.

Qualifying: We will provide the advice you need
21+ in education and training: An assessment will be made to see if we can help you to support your course of education or training
