Becoming an attachment and trauma responsive school with us
What does it entail?
- We do a pre and post audit together - so the training is well matched for your school
- Delivery to primary schools is face to face by our Shropshire VS training team. Half day or 2 twilights
- Delivery to secondary schools is by an external provider we are working closely with
- All delivery is to the whole school (ie all staff whatever their role)
- Your commitment is stated in an agreement for clarity and effective use of our children’s PP+
- Opportunity to earn nationally recognised bronze and/or silver awards The ARC Pathway

We will be looking to build the learning and practice into our School Development Plan and Policies in the following ways…
Numbers of current CIN, CP, PLAC, CLA
Agreement
- Our headteacher will take part in a pre and post training consultation/audit so that training can be matched well to the school and embedded into practice
- All members of the school staff will attend all aspects of the training. (Where there is any online learning aspect the headteacher will encourage staff to participate in this additional feature)
- All staff in our school will complete baselines/evaluations in a timely way on request to support the gathering of impact data
- Our school will allow Shropshire VS to work jointly with us through the project eg to attend the consultation/audit meetings - and training sessions if delivered by an external provider
- Shropshire VS reserve the right to seek the cost of the course back from the school if our school is unable to fulfil the above terms (we wish to ensure that the PP+ for Shropshire CLA is used to good effect)
