Submit an expression of interest
If you want to express an interest in delivering a service more effectively, please download and complete the ‘Right to Challenge EOI’ form. Please email your completed form to contracts@shropshire.gov.uk
Once we've received your expression of interest we'll check to make sure it's valid (eg it relates to a service that we provide). If it is valid we'll consider it before it's submitted to our cabinet, who will be the final decision makers. We'll take specialist advice as required (eg on legal or financial aspects).
If an expression of interest doesn't have adequate information or appears to be inaccurate you'll be asked for further clarification. We won't reject an expression of interest because the information is inadequate without asking for further information first.
We do encourage you to discuss your plans with us before submitting an expression, as we may have information available which could help you with your submission.
