Our medium-term financial strategy sets out plans to make the savings of £62m we must make in 2024/25.
Plans include reducing our spending with third parties, reviewing our assets to reduce running costs, managing the demand for our services by helping people at an earlier stage, making sure we're the right size as an organisation and increasing our income.
Any significant changes to council services need to go through a period of public consultation first, to give residents and stakeholders a chance to have their say. We'll listen to all the feedback we get, including alternative suggestions.
