If the situation you're in isn't an immediate emergency, speak to someone trained to provide you with emotional and practical support.

The services below offer free, independent, impartial, and confidential support to anyone who has been or is being subjected to domestic abuse (16+) regardless of gender, sexuality or race. Some also offer support to children between 5 and 15. 

If you're feeling unsure of which service to contact, pick the one you believe is most suitable. If it isn’t suitable they'll help you find the service that is. 

Please note the professionals within these services are fully trained, and some may have lived experience of abuse. They're there to listen and find the best way together to help you manage your situation.
