If you would like to speak with someone in person, you can visit one of our Shropshire Local locations, where our friendly, trained advisors can assist you with accessing council services through both self-service and assisted self-service options for tasks such as:

  • Benefits
  • Council Tax
  • Concessionary Travel
  • Blue Badge
  • Parking
  • Welfare Support
  • Housing Options and Homelessness 
  • HomePoint
  • Payments (card only)
  • Household waste services

It will help to bring with you any relevant paperwork and reference numbers. Along with your national insurance number, proof if ID and address if making a new application. 

We only accept card payments at Shropshire Local.
