Health visiting 

The Health Visiting Service aims to achieve the best health and wellbeing for children from birth to five years of age by identifying health needs and promoting healthy lifestyles. This includes delivery of health and development reviews, and health promotion and parenting guidance tailored to individual families. Health vising services are open to all families with children up to age 5 and is led by you the parents. You can call us for any advice or guidance. Alternatively you can drop in to one of our county-wide open access clinics, where we'll happily support you with any worries or concerns you may have. Vaccinations 

At approximately three years of age your child will be invited for their second measles, mumps and rubella vaccination and their pre-school boosters. Vaccination is the best way to protect your child against a number of childhood illnesses.
