Environmental health Air quality management areas (AQMA)

There are currently two Air Quality Management Areas (AQMAs) in our area. Please select the links on this page to view maps showing their location and extent:

Significant reductions are required at these locations to bring down pollution levels. Our Air Quality Action Plans (AQAPs) suggest ways in which these reductions could be made. Individual actions can help make a difference.
