Come and join us on one of our guided walks of Shrewsbury starting at Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery in the Square. Led by our team of knowledgeable, experienced town tour guides, explore the history and buildings of Shrewsbury during a 90 minute walk around our historic town. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome on the tour!
- Tours take place at 2pm every Saturday from February to May
- Daily tours take place from June to September at 2pm. Please note that on Sundays, tours take place at 11:30am only
- Special themed tours take place throughout the year

To book a ticket for one of our tours, advanced online bookings are encouraged. Any remaining tickets will be available to purchase from the Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery shop on the day.

Short-stay parking is available in Barker Street (up to two hours). Long-stay car parks are located at Frankwell, Raven Meadows and St Julian’s Friars. All car parks are pay and display - use our parking pages to find your nearest car park.
Parking on Sundays costs a maximum of £1 in long stay car parks.
Tours last 90 minutes. If you have any access issues please let the guide know and they'll plan their routes accordingly. Please note that tours start outside the museum but end where the guide chooses, somewhere in the centre of town. This can be negotiated with the participants.
