Cancel a course
Please ensure that you've read the cancellation and non-attendance policy information before cancelling a place on a course, so that you understand what charges may be incurred.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your place up to seven days (fourteen days for multiple day courses) prior to the course date without incurring a cost. This should be by email or using the online cancellation form so that there's a clear audit trail. It's your responsibility to retain evidence of your cancellation.
Non-attendance and short notice cancellation policy
ALL non-attendance and short notice cancellation will be charged at the course fee rate.
Short-notice cancellation is classed as any cancellation received less than seven days before the course date. For multi day courses short notice is classed as fourteen days or less.
You are welcome to substitute delegates at short notice.
For all CPI Safety Intervention™ or CPI Verbal Intervention™ training and MHFA webinars this must be by agreement with Joint Training prior to attendance – please telephone or email to discuss.
Please note that if you are an unpaid volunteer, service user, family carer or Shropshire Council Adult Services, Housing or Public Health employee, the course has been funded by prior agreement and is free of charge if you attend the training. However, in the event of non-attendance and short-notice cancellation the standard course fee will be charged.
If you are employed by Shropshire Community Heath NHS Trust, T&W Integrated Care Board and GP Practices or Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT staff based in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin only) your own organisational non-attendance at training policy will apply. Joint Training reports quarterly to your organisation on attendance and non-attendance on training.
