Learning objectives: By the end of the session participants will have:
- Improved their ability to assess mental capacity for complex or one-off decisions
- Improved skills to understand assessments in the framework of the MCA

Audience: Practitioners from health and care settings or similar who need to assess capacity for more than day to day decisions
Please note: Attendees must have completed the MCA Awareness Level 1 training or have a good working knowledge of the MCA before attending this course.
