New customers
To determine whether CPI Verbal Intervention™ training is suitable for your needs please contact joint.training@shropshire.gov.uk. We will then work with you to complete a Training Needs Analysis which will enable us to determine the appropriate level of training for your service. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to apply for course places.

CPI Verbal Intervention™ Refresher Training

This course is recommended for staff who work in environments that require safe responses to escalating behaviours, but not restrictive or physical intervention techniques.

It is recommended that staff attend CPI Verbal Intervention training every two years to refresh their knowledge and skills.  Please enrol on this training as you approach the two year anniversary of your last attendance on the course.  The course dates are open to all staff requiring CPI Verbal Intervention training, but those attending on a refresher basis will not be required to complete additional self-led online learning (e-learning).

The course consists of an online (Zoom) 2.5 hour instructor-led session.

Your place will be confirmed approximately four weeks before the event date.
