Essential Nidra is a restorative practice that motivates realisation of and commitment to your self care needs, reduces stress, supports wellbeing and incorporates tools to build your own self care ritual.
Facilitated by a trauma survivor combining lived experience with trauma sensitive science backed practices; ancient yoga and mindful meditation, skilfully blended with neuroscience and psychology to support modern living.
Everyone can benefit from a trauma based approach. This FREE session in the Library Living Room provides opportunity to practice seated or lying down. Suitable for all. If you’ve attended previous sessions this is a great opportunity to build on your experience.
