Essential Nidra is a restorative mindful self-inquiry practice that effectively boosts relaxation, relieves stress and promotes Resilient Wellbeing. Each Session facilitated by a trauma survivor invites you to pause and reconnect with inner peace. Practices combine lived experience with science backed ancient yoga, neuroscience and psychology to support modern living.

Suitable for all facilitated with a trauma-based approach. These sessions are in the library meeting room providing opportunity to practice seated or lying down. If you've attended previous Essential Nidra sessions, it's a great opportunity to progress.

*Optional 30mins to support session; Q+A, peer connection, journaling.

Free, please book with library staff. Please bring, water, journal, blanket, anything you feel will support your comfort.
