The meditative mindful self inquiry practice of Essential Nidra can support you to; Rest, Reset + Reconnect with yourself. Practice diffusing stress, connecting with a sense of ease, nurturing your own sense of Resilient Wellbeing, improving communication with yourself and others.

Essential Nidra is as an effective tool benefitting symptoms of; Burnout, Overwhelm, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, PTSD and more.

Facilitated by a trauma survivor combining lived experience with trauma sensitive science backed practices. Effective ancient yoga and meditation principles adapted for modern living, neuroscience and psychology. 

You don’t have to suffer trauma to benefit from a trauma based approach. Come along to this FREE session in the library meeting room offering the opportunity to practice seated or lying down. This session is suitable for all. If you’ve attended a previous Essential Nidra session this is an opportunity to build on your initial experience.
