Shrewsbury Library lift is out of order
Please be aware that our lift is out of order for the foreseeable future. This prevents disabled access to the upstairs rooms and the toilet facilities.Staff will be more than happy to assist in retrieving any items from the upper floors for any borrowers who require this. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities in the building that don't require access via steps.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Oswestry Library closed at 1pm - 1 September 2026
Unfortunately, due to staff shortages Oswestry Library will be closing at 1pm on Tuesday 1 September.
