Libraries NHS App Registration and Support

Support to register on the app and to make the most of using the NHS app is available in 11 libraries in Shropshire:

• Wem

Find out how to book in for the support by contacting your nearest library from the list. You will need to have a mobile phone, email address and some current photo id to be able to register on the app. If you do not have these please contact your GP practice for information to help you access the app.
