National Year of Reading

Shropshire Libraries support the Go All In – the National Year of Reading Campaign. There'll be many activities happening in our libraries throughout the year to support the National Year of Reading, so be sure to check out our library events page (you can use the audience search filter to find specific National Year of Reading events).

Read-a-Lottery: Our National Year of Reading challenge

Take part in our year-long challenge, Read-a-Lottery. Pick up a form in your local library or across your communities. Read through each of the 12 themes (eg 'something with a local connection').

Once you have completed a challenge come into the library, or mobile library, to have your form stamped and tell us if you enjoyed what you read.

After you've completed all 12 challenges and had them stamped, you can enter into the prize draw at the end of the year.
