Report Blue Badge fraud
Using stolen or fake Blue Badges, or allowing a family member or friend to use a badge without the badge holder in the vehicle, is fraud. Committing Blue Badge fraud can result in a fine of up to £1000.
We're required to participate in the National Fraud Initiative, an exercise run by the Audit Commission to improve the prevention and detection of fraud. If you think a Blue Badge is being used fraudulently, we'd urge you to report it using the green button on this page. We may use any information you provide for the prevention and detection of fraud. We may also share this information with other bodies that are responsible for auditing or administering public funds.
It's important that you gather as much information as possible, for example where the vehicle is parked, the vehicle registration number and time of day the parking takes place. It would help us if you could provide your name and contact details, but you can remain anonymous if you wish.
