Examination of CIL Charging Schedule

On 12 May 2011 Shropshire Council submitted the Draft Charging Schedule for examination, together with accompanying documents as listed below:

  • CIL Draft Charging Schedule
  • Shropshire CIL Accompanying Notes
  • Levy Rationale Background Paper
  • Copies of Representations on Draft Charging Schedule made in accordance with Regulation 17
  • Summary of main issues raised (Regulation 19 Statement)
  • Planning Act 2008 Declaration

Alongside these, supporting evidence documents have also been submitted. 

Sue Turner of the Planning Inspectorate was appointed as the independent examiner of the Draft Charging Schedule.

The examination began on Wednesday, 27 July 2011, at the Food Enterprise Centre, 5A Vanguard Way, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TG, and lasted 2 days.
