The Strettons Neighbourhood Plan

Designation

An application by Church Stretton Town Council to designate a neighbourhood plan area was approved by Shropshire Council's cabinet on 15 Feb 2023.

Dave Chetwin was appointed by the Neighbourhood Plan for the Stressons Steering Group as consultant.

Consultation

The Regulation 14 public consultation on the draft version of the Neighbourhood Plan for The Strettons ran from 16 February to 31 March 2026. More information is available on the Neighbourhood Plan for The Strettons website.

Submission      

Shropshire Council received a submission of the draft Neighbourhood Plan for The Strettons and supporting documents from Church Stretton Town Council September 2026.

Consultation

Shropshire Council is consulting on these documents in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.  This consultation will run from Friday 16 October to Friday 27 November 2026.  More information is available on the Get Involved webpage.
