Community property

As part of our core objective to strengthen our local towns and villages, we transfer suitable council-owned land and/or buildings to community groups and organisations through community asset transfers and community growing projects. We also facilitate increased community ownership of assets in both public and private ownership through the administration of the Community Right to Bid process. More information can be found below.
