Place-based schedule of delivery

All 18 place plan areas of the place-based JSNA are now complete, with information on survey results, area profiles, and action plans available.

We would like to thank all the organisations and residents who have been part of the process and continue to work with us to improve health and wellbeing across Shropshire for everyone!

Our next steps will involve further developing our strong partnership to ensure we are working together efficiently, maximising opportunities and resources, reducing duplication, and achieving the best outcomes for all our residents.
