What will happen when I arrive at the recycling centre?

You need to bring proof of address to the recycling centre to show you live in Shropshire. This evidence could be a:

Driving licence
Utility bill
Council tax bill - paper or digital

Staff on site will check you in when you arrive and ask you to provide this ID. If you get there a few minutes early or late, we'll do our best to let you in, or you can make an alternative booking.

What happens if I don't have a booking?

You'll need to make a booking to visit our recycling centres, and will be turned away if you don’t have one.
