Description
Section 106 funds have been granted to address local anxieties regarding the arterial route A454 at Shipley. The A454 Shipley facilitates the movement of vehicles from the neighbouring Wolverhampton Borough and into Shropshire. The scheme was designed to mitigate inappropriate driver behaviour by reducing the speed limit to 50mph, and revising the lining and signage.
