Oswestry’s pilot focuses on a partial devolution model, with responsibility for a defined set of Street Scene functions—primarily green and environmental spaces.

What’s included

Oswestry Town Council will manage:

• Parks and green spaces
• Footpaths and local pathways
• Elements of environmental service delivery

Other functions will continue to be managed centrally by Shropshire Council.
