Street care and cleaning Shrewsbury - full devolution

Shrewsbury is the largest and most comprehensive pilot, taking forward full devolution of all Street Scene services from April 2026. This means Shrewsbury Town Council will take on day‑to‑day delivery and local planning of services currently provided by Shropshire Council.

What’s included
