Your child does not need a formal diagnosis to take part. We want to hear from families whose children have emerging needs, receive SEN Support, are waiting for assessment or diagnosis, are going through an EHC needs assessment, or have an EHCP.
The survey is anonymous and will help SEND partners understand where families feel supported and where further improvements are needed.
