Important information
Before contacting our service, please ensure that your hearing aids are in good working order. If you're having difficulty in hearing conversation and/or your television and would like to explore loop equipment, please ensure the loop setting is active on your hearing aid(s). If you're unsure whether your loop setting is activated, or you need to have it activated please contact your audiologist and ensure that this is done before completing the referral form.

Referral for a hearing referral assessment
If you'd like to make a referral for a hearing impairment assessment, please complete our online form.
If you've been diagnosed with a hearing loss by an ENT consultant or an audiologist, you can register with us and you'll be offered support, advice and information.
Registration
All we need is a copy of your audiogram, which can be obtained from your audiologist. Registration is optional and you'll still be entitled to support, whether you've registered with us or not. Find out what the benefits of registering could mean for you.
Specialist equipment for hearing loss
Our specialist staff can demonstrate and offer advice and information about specialist equipment designed to overcome some of the difficulties experienced by someone with hearing loss, such as:
- Television and radio
- Doorbells
- Smoke alarms
- Telephones
- Conversation
We can also provide information on loop systems, apps, transcription services and support with text-to-speech apps and the Text Relay app.
