Book an inspection

What you’ll need

• Site address where the work is being carried out
• Contact details
• The type of inspection (eg commencement, foundation completion)
• Preferred date (optional inspections are done morning to mid-afternoon)

Please note that we normally require five days’ notice for completing inspections as we're experiencing an unprecedented demand for our service.  

Before you request an inspection

To schedule your first or final inspection, please ensure that:

1. You have a valid application.
2. A start notice has been completed and returned at least two working days before booking your first inspection. 

A completed completion notice is required once the works are finished and must be received before a final inspection can be booked. Please allow up to five working days for us to contact you to arrange the completion inspection, due to current service demand.
