How to renew your rail card

If you need to renew a Shropshire Council issued railcard, you can call our Customer Services team on 0345 678 9088 or you can visit the Shropshire Local site in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury, Ludlow Library or at our Shropshire Local Mobile service to obtain a new code. No evidence is needed unless you have a change in circumstances.
