National support
Nationally, there's a Refuge 24-hour helpline on 0808 2000 247 offering confidential support, information, advice and access to refuge or emergency accommodation where necessary. It's a freephone number, staffed 24 hours a day by trained workers. If you're calling from a mobile you can request that they call you back.
